This is a form to request matches in Rugby Indiana. Matches with out of state teams require submission a minimum of 4-weeks in advance AND require the travel application to be completed. Matches with In State teams require submission a minimum of 2-weeks in advance.

Rugby Indiana schedules all referees, but, if you know of one who is interested in covering the requested match, we will share that with the referee society to help get your match scheduled.

I/We understand that this is only a request for match(es) and the request does not guarantee the matches will be scheduled/sanctioned for any number of reasons. I/We also understand understant that multi-match events and tournaments have additional requirements that must be met. I/We understand that matches with out of state teams require a minimum of 4-weeks noticed/application. I/we understand that matches against Rugby Indiana teams require a minimum of 2-weeks notice/application. I/We have notified any out of state teams that they must apply for travel permission from their State's governing body.(Required)
