Girl athletes from 6th through 12th grade are invited to test their speed, strength, and competitiveness at Rugby Crossover (RXO)—a dynamic athletic combine that uses familiar, sport-based challenges to gently introduce the sport of rugby.​

RXO is specifically designed for athletes with ZERO or little rugby experience but who have played other organized sports. If you’re a multi-sport athlete, this is a chance to see how your skills translate in a new environment without any pressure to “join rugby.”​

You’ll move through a series of fast-paced, measurable activities, including:​

• Shuttle run

• Medicine ball press

• 10-meter and 20-meter dashes

• Passing contests

• Rugby passing fundamentals

• Small-sided, non-contact games

Top performances will be posted live on a leaderboard, so you can see how you stack up in real time.​

Open to girl athletes who attend school or are homeschooled in Madison, Delaware, Henry, and Hancock counties.​

🎁 What Participants Receive

Every athlete will receive:​

• Written and verbal evaluations

• Suggested rugby positions based on performance

• Entry into a door raffle

• Opportunities to win event prizes

Athletes will also be recognized for embodying core rugby values through Rugby Value Recognition, highlighting: Respect, Effort, Coachability, Courage, Team First, Resilience, Discipline, and Competition.​
